Abstract submission

Guidelines for Abstract Submission:

  • The Scientific Committee invites abstracts for Free papers & Posters for consideration, and inclusion into the Scientific Program.
  • All abstracts should be written, submitted and presented in English only.
  • The first name in each abstract should be that of the presenting author.
  • Submission of more than one abstract by the same first author is not permitted.
  • Please note, however, that invited speakers may submit abstracts for consideration for platform/poster sessions.
  • No communications through the post are entertained.
  • The abstract submitted should not be more than 300 words and must be in comprehensible English typed in Microsoft word
  • Last date for Abstract Submission: 25th August 2024


Review Acceptance and Notification

  • Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e-mail.
  • Members of the Scientific Committee will review all abstract submissions.
  • Presenting authors will receive written notification of abstract acceptance or rejection.
  • All abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book and may be edited for publication.
