Brochure TANCON 2024
Punganoor Lake is one of the most visited attractions in Yelagiri. It is a man-made lake surrounded by a well-maintained park. Visitors can enjoy boating on the lake and take leisurely walks around the park. There is also a children's play area and a walking path around the lake, making it a great spot for families.
Located a short drive from Yelagiri, the Jalagamparai Waterfalls is a beautiful cascade that can be reached by a trek through the countryside. The waterfall is best visited during the monsoon season when it is in full flow. The trek to the waterfall is scenic, passing through verdant landscapes and small streams.
Swamimalai Hill is the highest peak in Yelagiri, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The trek to the top is relatively easy and takes about 1-2 hours, making it suitable for beginners. The trail is scenic and passes through lush forests, adding to the adventure.
